Guests staying at owned-and-operated Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Disney’s Vero Beach Resort and Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort can now receive their wake-up calls in not just English, but also French, German, Japanese, Portuguese or Spanish. The enhanced service began in late July.
To use the service, guests press the wake-up call button or two-digit code for wake-up calls on their in-room telephone and are prompted to enter a language choice and desired wake-up time. Currently, this new offering does not apply to character-spoken wake-up calls, which are still only available in English.
