Disney Representatives Met With White House Officials Over Vaccine Mandate. Many Americans have a range of concerns regarding the mandatory vaccine requirements for workers in the US, and now several major businesses are making their way to D.C. to discuss their concerns and get answers for workers nationwide. The report from Reuters read:
“Executives with United Parcel Service Inc., Walt Disney Company, and other companies met with White House officials on Tuesday to discuss President Joe Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine requirement plan for private-sector workers, amid concerns it could worsen labor shortages and supply chain woes.”

Cast Members at the Disney Parks have already been subject to varying levels of vaccine mandates, while casts and crews from the film and television side of the entertainment conglomerate have yet to be required to be vaccinated in order to work on projects for Disney, Disney+, Marvel Studios, Pixar, Lucasfilm, ESPN, and more.
