Disney removes obscene hand gesture from Rock n Roller Coaster Pre-show

2016-08-17 09_09_17-VIDEO_ Steven Tyler's _Obscene Hand Gesture_ Removed From Rock 'N' Roller Coaste

In bizarre news today, Disney has removed the hand gesture made by Steven Tyler on the Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster pre-show. This pre-show with hand gesture has been around for 17 years and Disney is just now getting around to changing it.

The video surfaced last night by Orlando Now and you can see for yourself how it has changed.

I am unsure if enough guests complained about the “shocking” hand gesture or if it something Disney had on the back burner for a while and just never got around to fixing.

I want to hear what you think about the removal. Let us know in the comment box below.

  1. Having seen Aerosmith live twice and watched plenty of their videos, I can tell you that Steven’s hands are always in some moving from one random configuration to another–he emotes with his fingers the way some orators do with their entire arms and bodies. There’s nothing meant to be lewd about it, I’m sure.

  2. What exactly, is obscene about that gesture? I’ve been alive for 50 years and never heard of it before.
