Disney World Refurbishment and Closure Schedule for November 2023
If you have a Disney World vacation coming up soon, you’ll want to check the refurbishment and closure schedule. Nothing is more disappointing than getting to the park only to realize the attraction you wanted to experience is closed. Take a look at what attractions are closed this month.

Magic Kingdom
There are only a few closures or refurbishments happening at Magic Kingdom.
- Disney Enchantment-This nighttime show was replaced by Happily Ever After which returned after a 1-year+ hiatus. It will return temporarily in January 2024.
- Splash Mountain-permanently closed and being reimagined into Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.
Epcot
Epcot is still undergoing a large transformation.
- Epcot Forever-This nighttime show returned temporarily but will be replaced in December
- Luminous-The Symphony of Us-This new nighttime show will debut on December 5, 2023
- CommuniCore Hall-This area is still under construction
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Disney’s Hollywood Studios doesn’t have really any closures this month. There are some attractions that are still closed, however.
- Voyage of the Little Mermaid-This attraction has been closed since March 2020.
- Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple-This interactive attraction has also remained closed since March 2020
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
There are no closures or refurbishments happening at Animal Kingdom.
Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon
Disney’s Typhoo Lagoon water park is now closed and Disney’s Blizzard Beach water park reopened recently.
