Disney Vacation Club Prices Increase for 2025—Here’s What You Need to Know
If you’ve been considering purchasing into Disney Vacation Club (DVC), now might be the time to lock in your points—because prices just went up across multiple resorts. As of February 11, the base price per point at several DVC resorts increased between $5 and $35 when purchased directly from Disney Vacation Club.

Breaking Down the Price Increases
The newer DVC resorts saw a $10 per point increase, bringing them from $225 per point to $235 per point:
- Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows
- The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort
- Disney’s Riviera Resort
- Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas
The Villas at Disneyland Hotel also increased, but by a smaller amount, going from $239 per point to $245 per point.
Meanwhile, some of Disney’s most popular DVC resorts saw larger jumps:
- Copper Creek Villas & Cabins – $5 increase to $255 per point
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – $5 increase to $215 per point
- Disney’s Old Key West Resort – $10 increase to $215 per point
- Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort – $10 increase to $215 per point
- The Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel – $20 increase to $330 per point
- The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort – $35 increase to $265 per point

Are There Any Discounts Available?
Yes! While prices have gone up, Disney is offering limited-time discounts for certain resorts. Through March 3, 2025, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas and Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort are offering:
- Up to $16 off per point for new buyers
- Up to $24 off per point for current DVC members
Additional discounts may be available depending on how many points are purchased and whether you are a first-time buyer or an existing DVC member.
How Long Are These Prices Locked In?
Most of the new DVC rates are valid through April 28, 2025. However, given the trend of price increases over time, locking in a purchase now could save buyers hundreds or even thousands of dollars compared to waiting.

Final Thoughts
If you’ve been considering joining Disney Vacation Club, these price hikes are worth noting—especially for The Villas at Grand Floridian, which jumped by $35 per point. With discounts available through early March, now may be the best time to maximize savings before prices go even higher.
