This is actually a great perk for people who have children with autism because as autism families know, our kids obsess. My daughter has to have everything in a ‘collection’ so the dollars I earn from my card, I can let her buy souvenirs at a level I would normally cringe at. For example, when she got a charm bracelet at Downtown Disney, she was able to get ALL the characters of a group so that the collection was complete instead of just 1 charm. Yes, it made for an expensive bracelet but I consider is free as it was earned with points. Takes the stress out of the expense.
