According to one of the series stars, Disney+ will not be renewing the Turner & Hooch series for another season. Brandon Jay McLaren, who plays Scott’s US Marshall partner Xavier Wilson, and has shared on several occasions online that the show has not been given the greenlight for a second season despite other Disney+ shows such as The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers and High School Musical: The Musical: The Series recieving public renewal announcements.
McLaren has not been shy about his attitude towards the show seemingly being brushed under the rug at Disney. Brandon has showcased his disapproval by replying to fans online, prominently via Twitter, and blatently sharing that any hope for more Turner & Hooch should be dropped immediately.
