Disney has recently posted a new job listing on the Disney Auctions website looking for Ballet & Aerial Performs for a Celebration of Festival of the Lion King.

Disney Live Entertainment is accepting Online Submissions from Dancers to portray Male and Female roles for Celebration of Festival of the Lion King, an African-inspired celebration of the music from the feature film; an original musical theatre production performed live in the state of the art, indoor, 1500 seat theatre-in-the-round in Disney’s Animal Kingdom®, performed live at the Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, FL.
SEEKING:
Maji – Female identifying dancer 5’1″ to 5’4″ with excellent ballet technique, strong partnering skills and the ability to perform at heights. This character may perform an aerial routine that involves flying in the air. Due to aerial equipment safety protocol, this role must maintain a weight of 110 lbs. or lower and must be within the 5’1-5’4 height bracket
Moto – Male identifying dancer 5’10” and above, with excellent ballet technique, lift/partnering skills and strong athletic build.
Last month Disney posted two other job listing looking for singers and acrobats for the Lion King show.
