Walt Disney World cast members are handing out information regarding changes coming to the FastPass system. Disney recently announced that the FastPass+ system would be retired and replaced by a new system called Disney Genie+.

The information leaflets being handed out feature Mickey and Minnie in their 50th anniversary costumes.

The leaflet explains that, despite the fact that FastPass+ is promoted on physical tickets some guests use, the service is not available. It references Disney Genie by hinting at “new ways to experience our Theme Parks now and in the future”.
As a reminder, Disney Genie is a new offering coming this fall that will offer guests a new way to experience Disney parks. Disney Genie will feature complimentary offerings as well as paid-for items like Lightning Lane and Disney Genie+.
