Six firefighters from the Disney-run Reedy Creek Fire Department at the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida have recently self-quarantined. The firefighters attended an Emergency Medical Services conference in Tampa in which a person who tested positive for the coronavirus was present.
A seventh firefighter is also self-quarantining after traveling to a pandemic area. The firefighters have all been asked to stay home and monitor their health for 14 days.
We hope those firefighters stay healthy along with everyone else in the area!
