It looks like more Disney Cruise Line sailings will be canceled. The March 2021 sailings have been removed from the Disney Cruise Line website. We already know that all sailings through February 2021 have been canceled. The March sailings seem to be next.

Disney Cruise Line has not confirmed the cancelations yet but that is usually the next step after the sailings disappear from the website. Disney also recently canceled all sailings longer than 7 nights through summer 2o21.

Another announcement came from Disney Cruise Line today. A temporary final payment extension was added to sailings through July 31, 2021. In addition, Disney is temporarily relaxing the cruise cancellation fee schedule for sailings through July 31, 2021.
Also, to give guests more peace of mind, Disney Cruise Line has recently extended its temporary Cruise Date Flexibility option, allowing them the option to change their sail day up to 15 days prior to their cruise. This means that for any new or existing cruises booked prior to Jan. 31, 2021, for sailings through June 30, 2021, they can change their sail date up to 15 days prior to departure.
