Disney celebrates Life Day at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge starting Nov 12th

Guests visiting Disneyland this Friday, November 12, can celebrate Life Day with limited-time food and beverages at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. Life Day is a Star Wars holiday that celebrates young ones who continued to bring new life to a family as well as remembering family members who have passed. The holiday falls on November 12 and guests at Disneyland can try some new food and beverage offerings to celebrate.

At Oga’s Cantina guests can enjoy a Pork Belly Slider Skewer – pork belly, bao buns, zucchini sauce, Calabrian chili compote, and za’atar spice for $15. Or try a Gin-Huckleberry Cocktail – refreshing blend of gin, elderflower liqueur, with flavors of ginger and huckleberry, garnished with sweet hibiscus flower for $18.

Don’t forget, reservations are required for Oga’s Cantina.

At Kat Saka’s Kettle, two new snacks will be available on the 12th. Guests can try the Potato Hand Pie – tikka masala-spiced, with mint-cilantro yogurt sauce for $6.79 or the Black Sesame Macaron – toasted macaron, passionfruit buttercream, and sesame praline for $5.49.

Over at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo guests can enjoy the new Pork Broth Noodles – angel hair pasta with bok choy, mushrooms, roasted pork and yuzu-tomato compote in a pesto-tonkotsu broth for $15.49.
