Disney’s Old Key West Resort originally opened under the name “The Disney Vacation Club Resort” on December 20th, 1991. It was later renamed in January 1996, becoming what we know it as today. The resort is made up of 761 rooms, 4 pools, and is home to Olivia’s Cafe, which serves American food with a Caribbean twist.
