Disney Artist Dave Perillo Announces New Gran Fiesta Tour Art Coming to 2023 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. With the Festival of the Arts just three weeks away I thought I’d share the first of four brand-new pieces I will have debuting there.
¿Dónde está Donald? based on the Gran Fiesta Tour starring the Three Caballeros located in the Mexico pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase. This is always a must-do attraction anytime I go to Epcot.
