Disney Adds Rick Riordan’s “Daughter of the Deep” Movie to Upcoming Disney+ Projects. Disney+ subscribers are already excited for the upcoming “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” live-action series, and now Disney has shared that another Rick Riordan project is coming to the hit streaming service! Disney+ is currently developing a Daughter of the Deep Disney+ Original Movie that will be an adaption of Riordan’s new book by the same name. Aditi Brennan Kapil will be joining Rick as a co-writer for the adapted script.
