Merry “Halfway to the Holidays,” Disney fans! As part of this week’s festive announcements, Walt Disney World has officially revealed the dates and details for the 2026 season of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom.
If you are planning a holiday trip to the parks this winter, it is time to start mapping out your itinerary. Here is everything you need to know about this year’s separately ticketed festive celebration!

2026 Event Dates and Times
This year, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will run on select nights starting November 8th and wrapping up on Tuesday, December 22nd.
The party will take place on the following dates:
- November 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20, 24, 25, 27, 29
- December 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15, 17, 18, 20, 22
You can begin your holiday cheer early! Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party guests can enter the park as early as 4:00 p.m. Even though the party officially starts at 7:00 p.m., guests have the option to arrive three hours earlier to kickstart their time in Magic Kingdom.
Ticket Prices and On-Sale Dates
Tickets for the 2026 Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will range from $189 to $229 per guest. Get your calendar ready because the special event tickets for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will become available on July 9 for guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green. For all other guests, tickets will be available starting July 16.
Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can save $10 per ticket to this event on select party nights from November 8 to 20, and November 29 to December 3
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party Characters

Meet Santa at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party
It’s the perfect time to meet Santa at Santa’s Christmas Carnival! Get your holiday wish list ready and head on over to Storybook Circus to visit your favorite friend from the North Pole.
Located near Dumbo the Flying Elephant and The Barnstormer, this is the perfect stop for young families. In addition to meeting Santa, guests can also participate in crafts and meet other friends bursting with Christmas cheer.
Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas Parade
For an enchanting parade that embodies the spirit of the holidays, look no further than Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas Parade. This mesmerizing performance includes dancing gingerbread men, whimsical ballroom dancers, beloved marching toy soldiers, and upbeat holiday music and scents that will immediately put you in the festive spirit.
Get swept away by the magic of Christmas and see many Disney characters dressed in their holiday attire before the parade concludes with a special appearance by Santa Claus as he wishes everyone a Merry Christmas and happy New Year.

- Since the parade travels from Frontierland to Main Street, U.S.A., there are a ton of great viewing locations for guests throughout the park.
Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks
Hosted by Minnie Mouse, this nighttime spectacular combines beloved holiday classics — such as “Deck the Halls” and “We Wish You a Merry Christmas” — with stunning pyrotechnics, castle projections, and lighting effects.
Cinderella Castle will be wrapped like a present in vibrant holiday scenes; all synchronized perfectly with the music and fireworks above. Gather the elves in front of the castle to view the projections or watch the fireworks display from a variety of vantage points throughout Magic Kingdom, with great views available in areas like Liberty Square, Fantasyland, and Tomorrowland.
You can also enjoy the fireworks with the returning Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Parties. These separately priced experiences include an abundance of treats that will sweeten your night and incredible views of the fireworks. Reservation details will be coming soon.
Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration
During this energetic performance on the Cinderella Castle stage, Disney friends remind us why it’s the happiest season of all. You’ll find your feet tapping along to the medley of joyful tunes as live performers and characters like Clarabelle Cow, Daisy Duck, and Woody from Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story films make appearances throughout the show.
Frozen Holiday Surprise & Dance Parties in the Park
You’re invited to ring in the season with Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Kristoff, and the snowgies at Cinderella Castle as it transforms into a frozen wonderland during Frozen Holiday Surprise.
The dazzling entertainment doesn’t stop there. Show off your jingle bell rock moves as you dance the night away with holiday friends and event DJs in different locations throughout the park.
Rides Available at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party
Get ready for a few twists on some of your favorite rides at Magic Kingdom with holiday-themed makeovers on Space Mountain, Tomorrowland Speedway, Mad Tea Party, Jungle Cruise, and Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor.

Locations for these treats will be listed on the holiday party maps found at the front entrance of Magic Kingdom and on the My Disney Experience App.
