Gloria and Emilio Estefan’s award-winning Cuban restaurant, Bongos Cuban Cafe, is the perfect place to find some melodies a la cubana! The Old Havana-style atmosphere at this Disney Springs eatery is infections and you’ll want to turn the beat around, for sure. Signature dishes include the World Famous Vaca Frita (seared shredded beef) and Award-Winning Lechón (roasted pork). And make sure you try one of their refreshing deluxe mojitos, frozen cocktails or a beer! With live music and entertainment starting daily at 6:00pm this is perfect place to go if you’re ready to lead the conga line, or even if you’re more comfortable sitting back and watching!
Or maybe head on over to Paradiso 37. This lively spot boasts a Latin flair inside and a patio perfect for dining al fresco. The party gets started at 5:00pm with live until close. You’ll also find a “tequila tower” stacked with 37 varieties—each 100% agave, to satisfy any taste! And because you’ll need fuel to keep your dancing going, make sure to try the P37 nachos, available all night long, or other favorites like Quesadillas, Canadian Poutine and North American Corn Dogs! This is a nighttime hotspot for those ages 21 and older.
If you’re in the mood for a more relaxing evening, head over to Dockside Margaritas at Disney Springs Marketplace. Here you can listen to wonderful live music and enjoy an ice cold margarita. This spot is themed after a 1960s Florida fruit-stand and provides a delightful view of Buena Vista Cove.
