D23 Celebrates 50 Years of the Walt Disney Archives

The Walt Disney Archives is in its 50th year of carefully collecting authentic Disney artifacts. This June, D23 Gold Members will get an exclusive inside look into the 5 decades of the archives in a special Disney twenty-three issue.

The D23: Official Disney Fan Club is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Walt Disney Archives. Film critic and historian, Leonard Maltin takes fans on a journey through 5 decades of the archives in the June issue of twenty-three magazine. This issue will be exclusive to D23 Gold Members and will be filled with fun content based on the archives.

Disney’s twenty-three takes a behind the scenes look at the newest Muppets Now program coming to Disney+. Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy herself sit down for an exclusive interview. They talk about what it’s like play the music and light the lights again for Muppet fans all around the world.

Also included in this special summer issue, is a behind the scenes look of the epic film Artemis Fowl. See exclusive interviews from the stars of the film that premiers in June on Disney Plus. Also, coming soon to Disney Plus, is a new documentary by film legend Don Hahn. In the magazine, he writes an essay describing his journey on the making of Howard.
