Construction Continues on Moana’s Journey of Water in Epcot. We got a chance to see the construction crews hard at work at World Celebration in Epcot. Rock faces and painting are taking place. Crews are also working on a few structures. It appears work is moving faster now than it has previously.
World Celebration will offer a beautiful hub divided into several different gardens, with a central planter based on the five-ring EPCOT logo. Filled with ample seating and shade, you’ll be invited to connect with one another and the nature around you in this lush new area. Each of these gardens will have its own identity, and they’ll change along with the festivals throughout the year.

Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana will be the first Disney Parks experience evoking the hit Walt Disney Animation Studios film. This lush exploration trail will invite guests to meet and play with magical, living water. Just like Moana’s friend the ocean, water will have a personality of its own, helping guests learn how to protect the natural water cycle in a fun and engaging way.
