Confirmed: Spider-Man To Appear in ‘Marvel’s Avengers’ Exclusively on PlayStation. The highly anticipated release of Marvel’s Avengers just got better! Playstation has announced that Spider-Man will exclusively be available to players on their network. PlayStation shared the news via twitter with a teaser photo and caption stating, “Your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man comes to Marvel’s Avengers, exclusively on PlayStation. Crystal Dynamics offers early details on its own, unique take on the post-launch Hero.”

“Marvel’s Avengers is based on the Marvel Comics superhero team the Avengers, the game is inspired by the long-running comic book mythology and adaptations in other media. … The team is forced to reassemble to save the world from peril. The game features an online co-op mode, allowing players to assemble a team of heroes of their own.”
