Construction on Club 33 at the Magic Kingdom is finally complete! Originally an exclusive club only at Disneyland, Club 33 locations now inhabit 3 of the 4 Walt Disney World parks. The Hollywood Studios and Epcot versions opened earlier this year, both with unique themes and names reflecting their home park. Animal Kingdom can expect their own location to open in late 2018 or early 2019, as well!
Situated in Adventureland, the private lounge is rumored to be named Captain’s Quarters and themed after Skipper Canteen. Very little information is shared directly by Disney in order to maintain the club’s long-standing tradition of exclusivity, so we don’t expect to see any official statements any time soon. However, the lack of partitions, walls, and scrims gives us a great view of the finished product!
The notorious Club 33 doorbell is even visible from the walkways! Members may be able to enjoy the amenities as soon as next week. We can’t wait to see what other exciting expansions Walt Disney World has in store in the coming months! Have you seen any of the new Club 33 locations? Have a favorite? Let us know in the comments!
