To celebrate Cinco de Mayo we stopped by for the Taste of Baja Menu at Frontera Cocina in Disney Springs to try some of the new Summer menu items! These fresh new menu items are around for a limited time and were a welcome addition to the menu. We went for just the basics with the Tasted Pumpkin Seed Hummus to start. The best part of the meal was the Paloma Tart; grapefruit and lime mousse, Avion Blanco Tequila, lime whipped cream, graham cracker crust, and a candied citrus zest! For $9 this was a yummy treat to finish off the meal.
