Check out this Blueberry Lemon Cupcake from Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort at the Gasparilla Island Grill!  Disney resorts are the best places to find a great cupcake! This fresh blueberry and lemon mixture is the perfect combination of sweet and tart that leaves you wanting more.  We are always on the lookout for a good treat while we are resort hopping. Recently, the resorts have stepped up their game!  The fresh lemon scent of the frosting hits you immediately and the rock candy sprinkles add an additional layer of sweetness to level out any tartness.   The cake itself is plain vanilla, but inside was a blueberry filling that moistened up the entire cake.  The refreshing treat is a great sweeter version of a blueberry muffin.

You can find the Blueberry Lemon cupcake and many other delicious treats at the Gasparilla Island Grill at the Grand Floridian Resort.   You can pick out your treat inside and then go out onto the patio to enjoy the ambiance of the marina while resting in the warm Florida breeze.   Gasparilla is a quick service location that also carries many different types of snacks.   Serving breakfast from 6:30 am- 11:00 am, lunch and dinner from 11:00 am to 11:30 pm, and late night treats from 11:30 pm to 6:30 am.
