The opening for Disney California Adventure’s Pixar Pier is finally here! We have all been watching and waiting for this ever since it was announced at the D23 Expo last summer. While we all anxiously await the official opening tomorrow, let’s take a look at the amazing food that will be available at the Lamplight Lounge at Pixar Pier. Let’s start with the Bites.
First up is the Lobster Nachos! This very popular appetizer was available prior to the Cove being reimagined into the Lamplight Lounge. It has been added to the new menu as well!
The Deviled Eggs & Toast and the Potato Skins look fantastic!
The Carne Asada Roll is grilled New York strip steak with roasted Fresno chili salsa, escabeche and crema.
There is also a Crab & Tuna Roll.
Crispy Piggy Wings are pork drumettes with chili-ginger glaze and they served with toasted sesame seeds, cilantro and slaw.
The Tuna Poke is a rice bowl made with yellowfin tuna. It has magic watermelon, avocado, edamame, shishito peppers and spiced mango nectar.
Now we go on to the Bigger Bites.
The Spinach Salad looks like a great, healthy lunch option.

This Chicken Sandwich is crispy chicken with a spicy chili glaze, vinegar slaw and pineapple butter on a toasted Amish bun.
Grilled Chicken Salad
It wouldn’t be Pixar without Ratatouille!
The Cheddar Burger looks delicious!
For your little Budding Artists, there is a selection of eats for all!
The PB & J Roll is made with creamy peanut butter, whole wheat ‘rolls’ and served with strawberry jelly.
The Burger Slider is a mini burger with cheese and pickles.
Your little ones can also get Chicken. These grilled tenders are served with a sweet orange sauce.
Or they can choose the Pasta with corkscrew pasta, creamy cheese sauce and cheddar fish.
If you need something sweet after your meal, there’s the Donuts!
These warm fluffy donuts are served with dipping sauces.
We also checked out some of the amazing beverages that are being offered at the Lamplight Lounge.
From left to right, we have the Infinity Fizz, the Open Ocean with a Splash, the Morning Glory, the Plot Twist and the Final with a Fix.
I love how perfectly they match the hand drawn menu!
This is the Celtic Cure made with Jameson Irish Whiskey, Green Tea, Liquid Alchemist Ginger, Lemon Juice and is topped with Club Soda and a dash of Angostura Bitters. Very refreshing!
