This is not a trap. Starting January 7th, the Backlot Express is getting a revamped menu seemingly in preparation for the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. This quick service dining restaurant has previously been known for their Star Wars themed menu. Many of these menu items will no longer be available.
