Castle Heraldry Shoppe

The Castle Heraldry Shoppe at Disneyland Park will close effective January 12, 2017 in order to make room for a new experience, yet to be announced. The shoppe specializes in the research and supply of high quality heraldic products and replicated medieval swords.

The following statement was recently made on the stores’ Facebook page:

Sad News, As of January 12th, 2017, The Castle Heraldry Shoppe will be closing. Disneyland is going to prepare the area for a new experience to be announced. There is no room in Fantasyland to move the Shoppe, so we will be closing. If there is a product you have your eye on now is the time to purchase. In addition any products bought that require time to make these items will be completed and sent out after the closure. We will continue to offer unique items until January 12th. Stop in and see what we have to offer.

The Castle Heraldry Shoppe opened in 1994 at the entrance to Sleeping Beauty’s Castle. It moved to its present location in Fantasyland when Sleeping Beauty’s Castle was updated.

While it’s always sad to see a store close, it’ll be exciting to see what will take its place…stay tuned!
