Patrons of Alaska Airlines can now take to the skies with Captain Marvel. The airline revealed a special edition plane to celebrate the release of the highly anticipated film, Captain Marvel. The special aircraft’s new artwork features Brie Larson as Captain Marvel, ablaze in her red and navy suit. Over the wings, her feline friend “Goose” is featured as well.
The themed 737-800, tail number N531AS, will be cruising through the skies at an average speed of 530 miles per hour. She makes her debut at Sea-Tac International Airport and will fly guests on routes all over the country, including flights to Hawaii.
Capitan Marvel fans can follow Alaska Airlines on Facebook and Twitter for a chance to win a pair of tickets to the premiere of the film. The grand prize includes round-trip airfare and hotel accommodations in Los Angeles as well. Official details can be found here.

Captain Marvel should feel right at home in the skies, as the film highlights in her origin story. Carol Danvers is a U.S. Air Force fighter pilot, who turns into one of the galaxy’s mightiest heroes after joining an elite military unit called Starforce. Captain Marvel is set to open in theatres on International Women’s Day, March 8, 2019.
