Disney California Adventure has opened select areas of the park for shopping and dining. It is basically an extension of the Downtown Disney District. Now, the Hollywood Studios area of the park has opened for more shopping areas.
Instagram user Disney Hype Beast shared photos of the opened Hollywood Studios area.
The Hollywood Studios area is now open for outdoor shopping.

It looks to be an extension of the Disneyland Backlot Premiere Shop. There are lots of different merchandise stands out for guests to browse. This could also allow more guests to be in Disney California Adventure at the same time. Expanding the shopping areas could allow more capacity in the park.
