Disney plans on including new adventures that stay true to the experience we know and love – more humor, wildlife, and skipper heart – and will also reflect and value the diversity of the world around us.

Former Disney CEO Bob Iger has just chimed in on the Jungle Cruise update on his Twitter.

The exciting changes we’re making to one of Disney’s most popular classic attractions, Jungle Cruise, reflect our commitment to creating unparalleled experiences that reflect, not only the best in storytelling but also the values and rich diversity of our world.

Not only is the Jungle Cruise getting a new update, but Splash Mountain is also expected to receive a refurbishment in the coming months to include elements from the Princess and the Frog.
