Boarding groups for Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind left available long after they open

There are two ways for guests to get into the queue for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at Epcot. Guests can either purchase the Individual Lightning Lane or join the virtual queue.

Apparently, boarding groups are no longer filling up as soon as the booking time opens. Yesterday, plenty of boarding groups were still available as of the 1 pm booking window. Twitter user Thrill Data shared a screenshot:

The virtual queue for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind opens at 7 am with a second booking window at 1 pm. Yesterday, the virtual queue closed at 2:30 pm. When the attraction opened a week and a half ago, the virtual queue filled up in seconds.
