After going on the market in April, Betty White’s Los Angeles home has officially sold for $10, 675,000. The Brentwood neighborhood property sold for $100,000 over the asking price and was sold for land value, leading many to believe the house on the property will be demolished to make room for a new home to be built for the new property owner(s).

The property was originally constructed in 1952, with the current house featuring five bedrooms, six bathrooms, an in-ground swimming pool in the backyard, and scenic views that include the surrounding mountains and Getty Museum.

This Fall, many of White’s personal belongings from her two estates and her impressive career in television and film will be going on auction this September. The auction will feature items from The Golden Girls set, personal jewelry, furniture, and more.
