Bayview Gifts entrance is under construction at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Disney’s Contemporary Resort just underwent a major retheming and update. Just prior to October 1st, 2021 which was the start of the Walt Disney World Resort 50th Anniversary construction was completed around the resort. With new Mary Blair inspired artwork and an Incredibles room theme.
Now it looks like Disney is working on some of the interiors of the Resort. BVG aka Bay View Gifts is having some work done on the entryway and doors. The construction walls are installed at the side entrance that leads into the Chef Mickey and Elevator area. The walls also extend into the doorway and into the store itself, taking some of the limited space available away.
No word on how long this construction will take, and no word from Disney on exactly what is being done. I am sure Disney will have this done and completed rather quickly.
