We received some great news for fans of Disney/Pixar animated films Baymax, Zootopia, Princess and the Frog, and Moana!
Disney announced during their investor’s call this evening that they would be bringing some new animated series to the streaming network in 2022 and 2023. Baymax, Zootopia, and Tiana will be the first animated original series based on films to launch on Disney+ in 2022.
In 2023 Moana will add to the lineup of animated series to begin the first of many new titles to broaden the Disney+ catalog.

This comes after the announcement that the live-action films Peter Pan & Wendy and Pinocchio starring Tom Hanks will be releasing directly to Disney+ as well on their Premier Access for $30.
