Dr. Mark Penning, Disney’s Vice President of Animals, Science & Environment, recently shared a heartwarming update on social media, celebrating Conrad’s 13th birthday in true roaring fashion. Since many dads love a good day out on the green, Disney’s expert Animal Nutrition team crafted a golf-themed birthday surprise for the birthday tiger—complete with ice cakes, goat’s milk, and savory meats, making it a par-fect feast fit for a feline king!
Bakso may be the park’s newest fan-favorite, but Conrad’s milestone birthday reminds us just how important Disney’s commitment is to the conservation and care of these incredible creatures.
