“Baby Yoda” Spotted Aboard SpaceX’s Crew Dragon. The world over watched on as the third launch for Elon Musk’s SpaceX program took place on Sunday night (11/15) and the crew of the Crew Dragon managed to sneak a special passenger on board: The Child, aka “Baby Yoda” from Star Wars The Mandalorian.

During the agency’s livestream on Sunday night with NASA and the watching world, The Child could be seen floating around with the crew as they settled in for the night. NASA communications specialist Leah Cheshier shared,”We’ve got Baby Yoda on board trying to take a seat right now.”
“I think that’s Victor Glover’s seat, so I hope he doesn’t mind,” the SpaceX engineer Jessica Anderson responded.
“Maybe Baby Yoda’s trying to pilot the vehicle,” Cheshier suggested.
Needless to say, Star Wars fans were excited to see the little guy actually traveling in outer space! Check out some of the reactions to his unexpected journey below:
