‘Avatar’ Sequels To Resume Filming Next Week. Recently, New Zealand approved the resumption of filming for various film studios including the studio housing the filming for the Avatar sequels which are being filmed simultaneously.

The news comes from Producer, Jon Landau, who shared a photo of one of the sets for the Avatar sequels along with the caption: “Our [Avatar] sets are ready — and we couldn’t be more excited to be headed back to New Zealand next week. Check out the Matador, a high speed forward command vessel (bottom) and the Picador jetboat (top) — can’t wait to share more.”
