The American Resort Development Association (ARDA) has bestowed the ACE Employer of the Year award upon the Disney Vacation Club business unit.
The ACE Employer of the Year Award recognizes those in the resort timeshare industry with the highest levels of excellence. Disney Vacation Club also received two additional awards this year. The additional awards recognized Disney Vacation Club for the best print magazine for Members, known as the Disney Files and best marketing program.
Disney Vacation Club offers CastMembers a variety of “Disney Differences” including the new Disney Aspire educational program that provides 100 percent tuition-paid program for Cast Members to pursue higher education, and plenty of comprehensive benefits as well as a work environment that encourages diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace.
