What’s the point of having a wedding if you can’t do it exactly how you want to? This bride had that exact idea when she put together a Disney Princess wedding! Taylor Chewning and her then-fiancé, Ryan, gave their guests the most Disney-like experience away from Cinderella’s Castle! The couple started their magical journey like all Disney romances truly begin… with a proposal in front of Cinderellas Castle!
When planning their wedding they knew that a destination wedding at Walt Disney World would be out of the question due to the sheer cost but they wanted to bring as much Disney to their nuptials as possible. “So we decided to bring Disney to us!” said the bride. Ryan, for his part, “didn’t protest to having a Disney-themed wedding at all. He was all for it.”
Oh So Sweet Studios, commissioned to capture the day’s memories, noted the bridesmaids and groomsmen came down the aisle to their princess movie theme song. Even the first dance and parent dances were to Disney songs. Chewning said she and Ryan had been dating for about five years. And if their love for Disney isn’t yet obvious, they visit the theme park about once a month!
