On Monday, September 10, I had the chance, along with fellow writer Jessica Swaney, to attend the Blue carpet event for the ‘Finding Nemo 3D’ world premiere. It was a star studded event, and quite the site to be a part of. But one of the best parts of the event, for us, was getting a chance to talk to DJ BT and Mark Walsh, the DJ and Director behind the new ‘Toy Story’ short, ‘Partysaurus Rex’, which is in front of ‘Finding Nemo 3D’. It was a lot of fun, and we had a great time watching the stars as they walked down the Blue Carpet and getting a chance to talk to the stars. Hit the jump to watch the interviews with DJ BT and Director Mark Walsh, and check out some pictures from the event.
Jessica interviews DJ BT:
This first interview with DJ BT is great, and you get a chance to listen to him talk about how excited he was to work with Pixar, what his experience was like, and just how much he loved making ‘Partysaurus Rex’.
Jessica Interviews Director Mark Walsh:
Director Mark Walsh was nice enough to talk about the making of ‘Partysaurus Rex’, how excited he was to have it in front of ‘Finding Nemo 3D’, and what it was like to get to play in the ‘Toy Story’ universe.
Actors Willem DaFoe and Albert Brooks, alongside Pixar head John Lasseter, pose for cameras along the Blue Carpet.
Actress Allison Janney and Director Andrew Stanton Together.
The audience in attendance of Ellen’s show got a chance to attend the event and see the film. They even got to walk the Blue Carpet!
