Emile’s Fromage Montage Returns With 14 Cheesy Bites for the 2026 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival

Cheese lovers have another delicious reason to eat their way around EPCOT this fall, because Emile’s Fromage Montage is returning for the 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival with 14 qualifying dishes spread across the Global Marketplaces. Inspired by everyone’s favorite food-loving rat from “Ratatouille,” the fromage-filled food stroll challenges guests to purchase five eligible dishes and collect a stamp for each one in their Festival Passport.

Once five stamps are collected, guests can head over to Shimmering Sips to claim a special complimentary treat. The best part is that you do not have to complete the entire challenge in one day, so there is plenty of room to pace yourself through all that cheese.

This year’s lineup has a little bit of everything, from returning favorites to several new additions. The new Wedge Hosted by Dairy Does More will join the festival beginning September 18 and features four eligible choices, including a new Selection of Cheeses served with accompaniments featuring Wisconsin cheese.

Guests can also pick from Crab and Corn Macaroni and Cheese with smoked cheddar sauce, bacon, crab seasoning, roasted corn, herbed panko, and jalapeños; Three-Cheese Macaroni and Cheese with smoked cheddar sauce and herbed panko; or Cheesesteak Macaroni and Cheese topped with shaved beef, peppers, onions, and herbed panko. Festival Favorites joins the cheesy fun beginning September 9 with Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle featuring Philadelphia Cream Cheese, citrus sauce, spice cake, and cranberry streusel.

More options will roll out as the festival continues. Earth Eats joins the montage beginning October 2 with Red Wine-braised Beef Short Rib served with goat cheese polenta, tomato ragù, shaved pecorino, and herbs. The Alps also opens October 2 with the returning Warm Raclette Swiss Cheese served on a baguette with jambon and apple-mustard relish, along with a new Tartiflette featuring potatoes gratin, caramelized onions, bacon, thyme, crème fraîche, and brie.

Around World Showcase, guests can also collect stamps with Germany’s Schinkennudeln pasta gratin, Basque Cheesecake from Spain, Griddled Cheese with pistachios and honey from Greece, Pão de Queijo Brazilian cheese bread, Pineapple Cheesecake from Hawai’i, and Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli from Forest & Field.

The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival officially kicks off August 27, giving guests months to snack, sip, and work their way toward that Emile’s Fromage Montage reward.
