Disney Vacation Club Details Halloween Meet & Treat Event for Disney’s BoardWalk
Disney Vacation Club is gearing up for spooktacular fall festivities! DVC has officially announced the return of its complimentary Halloween Meet & Treat event, taking place on select dates this October at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort.
Eligible Members and their families are invited to dress up in Halloween costumes, meet rare and fan-favorite Disney characters in seasonal attire, and collect sweet treats during this exclusive Membership Magic event.
Event Dates & Location
The Halloween Meet & Treat takes place inside Atlantic Dance Hall at Disney’s BoardWalk on three select October Mondays:
- Monday, October 5, 2026
- Monday, October 12, 2026
- Monday, October 26, 2026
Event Hours: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM ET
Note: To allow as many Members to participate as possible, attendees are limited to attending one event date per DVC Membership.
Eligibility & Important Know-Before-You-Go Info
No advance registration is required, but there are strict entry requirements to keep in mind:
- Eligibility Requirements: Open to DVC Members who are eligible for Membership Extras (purchased directly through Disney) AND have a qualifying resort reservation at a Disney-owned-and-operated hotel at Walt Disney World Resort or Disney’s Vero Beach Resort booked using their eligible Membership on the event date.
- Party Size: Members can bring up to 4 guests per Membership card (or the total number of guests listed on their qualifying resort reservation).
- Check-In: Members must present a valid DVC Digital Membership Card (saved to their smartphone’s digital wallet) along with a matching photo ID. The named Member must be present in person.
- Capacity Limits: Admission is subject to capacity at Atlantic Dance Hall. If the venue reaches capacity, a standby queue will form and may close early prior to 1:00 PM.
- Costumes: Outfits are welcome but must follow standard Disney Theme Park costume guidelines for Halloween events.
- Parking: Event parking is not available at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort for this event. Guests are strongly advised to utilize Disney transportation (such as the Disney Skyliner or park buses/boats).
