Universal Orlando Holidays Return November 14 with New Epic Universe Décor, Grinchmas, Macy’s Parade and More
The holidays are getting an Epic-sized upgrade at Universal Orlando Resort this year. Universal’s destination-wide holiday celebration returns November 14, 2026 through January 3, 2027, bringing back fan favorites like Grinchmas, Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s. The biggest new addition this year is at Universal Epic Universe, where SUPER NINTENDO WORLD and How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk will receive holiday décor for the first time, while Celestial Park once again transforms into a cosmic winter wonderland.

Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will span all three Universal Orlando theme parks this season, with festive décor and entertainment in Hogsmeade at Islands of Adventure, Diagon Alley at Universal Studios Florida, and the Ministry of Magic at Epic Universe. In Hogsmeade, guests can also catch “The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle,” the nighttime projection spectacular featuring scenes and characters inspired by the Harry Potter films.
Over in Seuss Landing, Grinchmas returns with the “Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular,” appearances by The Grinch, the Who-Ville Tree Lot, and plenty of Who-liday cheer. Universal Studios Florida will once again host Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s, complete with oversized balloons, themed floats featuring characters from Despicable Me, Shrek, and Madagascar, and a finale featuring Santa Claus and the park’s Christmas tree lighting.

Guests looking to stuff a little more into their holiday stocking can book the separately ticketed Universal Holiday Tour. The two-and-a-half-hour experience includes an exclusive meet-and-greet with The Grinch, a meet-and-greet with Max, reserved seating for the Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular, time with Santa Claus, and optional reserved viewing for Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s. The tour runs on select dates from November 14, 2026 through January 2, 2027, with prices starting at $69.99 per person plus tax. Universal Annual and Seasonal Passholders can receive a $10 discount per ticket.
The holiday spirit also spills into CityWalk with the return of the Green and Red Coconut Club, while Universal’s 11 hotels will feature seasonal décor, special menus, tree and menorah lightings, carolers, and other holiday activities.

Universal is also rolling out several vacation offers for the season, including savings of up to 30 percent on stays of five nights or longer at participating hotels, plus additional savings when bundling hotel stays with theme park tickets. Florida residents can purchase a 2-Park Unlimited Days Ticket for $199 plus tax, valid for Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure through December 16, and may also find hotel savings of up to 25 percent at participating resorts. Most in-park holiday experiences are included with regular theme park admission, with additional seasonal details still to come.
