Universal TODAY Video Series Will Help Guests Explore Universal Orlando Resort

Al Roker is bringing a little morning-show sunshine to Universal Orlando Resort with the launch of “Universal TODAY,” a new video series designed to help guests make the most of their vacation. The partnership between Universal Orlando and NBC’s “TODAY” show begins Wednesday, giving visitors curated recommendations for attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and seasonal events across the destination.

With more than 40 rides, around 60 restaurants, and a packed calendar of changing events, planning a Universal Orlando trip can feel like trying to outrun a velociraptor while reading a park map. “Universal TODAY” aims to make that process easier by highlighting must-do experiences, sharing behind-the-scenes looks, and helping guests decide where to go before stepping into the parks.

The videos will be available on televisions inside Universal Orlando hotel rooms, allowing guests to plan their day while getting ready. Roker will guide viewers through food, attractions, and special events, including seasonal celebrations such as Mardi Gras and new experiences arriving across the resort. The new series expands the relationship between Universal Orlando and “TODAY,” which previously brought the TODAY Cafe to Universal Studios Florida in 2019.
