Universal Studios Orlando and Hollywood to Feature a Stranger Things 5 House at Halloween Horror Nights

The final chapter of Stranger Things is heading straight into the fog. Universal has officially announced that an all-new haunted house based on the fifth and final season of Netflix’s hit series will debut at Halloween Horror Nights 2026 at both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood.

Created in partnership with Netflix, the new haunted house will drop guests directly into the climactic battle for Hawkins as the barrier between the real world and the Upside Down begins to collapse. Fans will journey through iconic locations from the final season, including the Wheeler House, Hawkins National Laboratory, the MAC-Z military base, the Upside Down, and the mysterious Abyss. Along the way, they’ll come face-to-face with familiar heroes, terrifying Demogorgons, and the season’s ultimate threat, Vecna.

Universal promises the experience will faithfully recreate some of the most intense moments from the show’s final season, placing guests in the middle of the fight to save Hawkins. With reality unraveling and monsters lurking around every corner, this house is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated experiences of the 2026 Halloween Horror Nights season.

Fans can also start collecting new Stranger Things merchandise right now. The limited-release collection includes a retro-inspired T-shirt, a themed mug, and a new acrylic figure designed to fit into the Infernal Carnival collectible display. Additional figures representing this year’s Halloween Horror Nights lineup will be released in the coming months to complete the display.

Halloween Horror Nights kicks off August 28 at Universal Orlando and September 3 at Universal Studios Hollywood, with both events running through November 1.
