EPCOT food fans have a massive reason to celebrate this summer. Walt Disney World has officially announced that La Poutinerie Hosted by Air Canada will celebrate its grand opening on July 1st at the Canada Pavilion in EPCOT. The highly anticipated kiosk is ready to bring authentic Northern comfort food straight to World Showcase guests, and Disney has just shared the full food and beverage lineup.

The upcoming food lineup focuses on pure, savory comfort, starting with a classic option that purists are going to love. Guests can grab the Québec L’authentique, a traditional dish featuring crisp French fries, rich cheese curds, and savory brown gravy.
If you want to take your taste buds on a deeper trip into Canadian flavor, the menu also features a hearty twist on the classic dish. You can order the Montréal Viande Fumée, which layers those delicious French fries and cheese curds with savory smoked meat, tangy pickles, and a rich mustard gravy.
The beverage menu offers a fantastic mix of flavors to pair perfectly with your meal, including a fun option for the whole family. The non-alcoholic Spiced Apple Slushy blends frozen ginger beer with lively lime and cozy spiced apple flavors for a refreshing summer treat.
For the adults looking to pair their poutine with a great drink, the kiosk will feature some excellent Canadian beer options. Guests can choose between the heavy-hitting Unibroue La Fin du Monde Belgian-style Tripel Ale or the classic, refreshing taste of a Molson Canadian Lager.
If wine is more your style, La Poutinerie has you covered with two great selections. The drink menu rounds out with the Domaine Ste. Michelle Sparkling Brut from the Columbia Valley and a smooth glass of Jackson-Triggs Reserve Red Blend.
