Downtown Disney Just Announced the Return of Fall Movie Nights
Spooky season just got a whole lot brighter! Movie Nights at the Downtown Disney District, presented by Honda, are officially making a comeback for Halloween Time this September and October. After proving to be a massive hit in 2025, these outdoor screenings are back by popular demand, offering the perfect, cozy way to spend a crisp autumn evening with family and friends.

Mark your calendars for some mid-week magic! Movie Nights will take place every Wednesday throughout September and October.
Here are the exact dates you can catch a film:
- September: 9, 16, 23, and 30
- October: 7, 14, 21, and 28
While the official film lineup for this year hasn’t been announced just yet, we can look back at 2025’s roster—which featured fan-favorites like Hocus Pocus, Hocus Pocus 2, Frankenweenie, and Haunted Mansion—for an idea of the spooky fun in store. Rest assured, as soon as Disney drops the official schedule, we will update you right here!
Head over to the west end of the district, right near the main entrance, where the films will screen on the Downtown Disney LIVE! Stage lawn. No matter which movies make the final cut, you can definitely count on plenty of “frights and bites” to keep the whole family entertained each night.
