New Cool Kids’ Summer Map Arrives at Disney’s Animal Kingdom for 2026
Disney’s Animal Kingdom just rolled out a brand-new park map designed especially for younger adventurers as part of Cool Kids’ Summer 2026. The special edition map is packed with colorful characters, interactive activities, and family-friendly tips aimed at helping little explorers tackle a day at Animal Kingdom.

Right on the front, kids can personalize the map by writing their names, while familiar faces like Bluey, Bingo, Simba, Nemo, Crush, Judy Hopps, and Nick Wilde welcome families into the wild. Inside, the map doubles as both a planning tool and survival guide for parents. Disney included helpful reminders about stroller rentals, lockers, Baby Care Centers, rider switch, and kid essentials available for purchase around the park.
There’s also a spotlight on the Wilderness Explorers program and ways families can interact with animal care cast members on Discovery Island.
Food recommendations are tailored toward younger palates too, featuring kid-favorite meals like burgers, sandwiches, and pasta throughout the park. There’s even a spot where kids can write down their favorite animal they spotted during the day, which feels a bit like a safari scrapbook page.

The fold-out park map highlights attractions and experiences geared toward younger guests, with extra attention placed on Conservation Station and the newly reopened Bluey’s Wild World and Jumping Junction offerings in Rafiki’s Planet Watch. Character icons scattered across the map make it easier for kids to navigate and identify major experiences on their own.
And because Disney knows exactly what they’re doing, the back of the map includes a Bluey-themed activity page plus space for kids to write down their favorite memory from the day. Tiny wilderness journalists, assemble. 🐾✨
