Meghan Markle and Family Spotted at the Happiest Place on Earth

Meghan Markle shared a glimpse into a magical family outing this week as she and Prince Harry treated their children, Archie and Lilibet, to a day at Disneyland Resort. Joined by Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, the family used the visit to celebrate Archie’s recent 7th birthday and Lilibet’s upcoming 5th birthday, while also enjoying a special “extended” Mother’s Day celebration together at the Happiest Place on Earth.

Meghan took to Instagram to share a rare look into the family’s adventure, posting a series of photos from their day at the park. The visit served as a double birthday celebration, as Prince Archie turned seven on May 6 and Princess Lilibet prepares to celebrate her fifth birthday this June. From royal encounters with Aurora and Cinderella to a trip to a galaxy far, far away to see Darth Vader and Stormtroopers, the children were immersed in the magic. The family even took a whimsical cruise through the Storybook Land Canal Boats to see the miniature fairytale castles.

A source told PEOPLE that the trip was a special way to celebrate the kids’ milestones together while extending the Mother’s Day festivities for Meghan and her mom, Doria. This has become a sweet tradition for the Sussexes, who also visited Disneyland last year to celebrate Lilibet’s fourth birthday.
