Cinderella Castle Makeover Spreads to Forecourt Turrets at Magic Kingdom

The glow-up at Cinderella Castle isn’t slowing down anytime soon. What started as a refresh of the main castle structure has now expanded outward, with crews bringing fresh color to the forecourt turrets that frame the iconic view down Main Street, U.S.A.

These smaller turrets are now receiving the same updated color scheme seen on the main castle, tying the entire look together like the final brushstroke on a storybook painting. The transformation is especially noticeable as the rich blues and refreshed accents begin to pop against the Florida sky, giving the castle a more polished and cohesive appearance from every angle.

Meanwhile, work continues higher up on the castle itself, with painters carefully detailing the blue diamond-patterned section just above the clock face. If you look closely, you’ll also spot high-reach lifts surrounding both the main structure and the forecourt, allowing crews to tackle even the most hard-to-reach spires with precision that would make even the Fairy Godmother proud.

With progress now extending beyond the central castle and into the surrounding turrets, it’s clear the project is entering its final chapters. While Disney hasn’t announced an official completion date, the finish line is starting to come into view and the castle is looking more “happily ever after” by the day.
