Disney World Offering New 6pm Late Night Ticket Offer for Those People Who Hate the Sun

On the heels of this morning’s official launch of the After 2 PM Summer Ticket, Walt Disney World has reportedly doubled down on “time-slotted” admission with a surprising new twist. In a move aimed at “Extreme Night Owls” who find 2:00 PM far too early for the Florida sun, Disney has unveiled the Late Night 6 PM Fireworks Ticket for the 2026 summer season.

This Vampire Friendly ticket option is designed specifically for guests who want to skip the daylight entirely and enter the parks just as the sun begins to set. However, unlike the 2:00 PM version, this “limited capacity” experience comes with a premium price tag for the privilege of missing the heat.

The Details

• The Entry Window: Admission is strictly permitted after 6:00 PM each evening.
• The “Cooling” Factor: Guests using this ticket will receive a complimentary Olaf Cooling Towel at the gate to help lower their core temperature from the walk through the parking lot.
• The Benefit: Disney notes that this ticket “guarantees” you will not receive a sunburn during your visit, a value-add they are calling Disney’s Solar Protection+.

Pricing and Value Surprisingly, because this ticket “saves” guests from the 95+-degree afternoon humidity, it is actually priced significantly higher than a standard full-day ticket. Cause why not?

• Peak Dates: During the July 4th holiday week, the 6:00 PM ticket is priced at $249.99 per person.
• Value Dates: For those visiting in late August, the price “drops” to a staggering $199.99 per person. As our daily sunlight drops, so does the price!
• The Math: For those counting, that works out to approximately $49.99 per hour of park time, or roughly $1.49 per firework shell launched during the show.

What You Need to Know: While the price is eye-watering, the restrictions are even tighter. This ticket does not allow for any Lightning Lane entries, as most return times are typically distributed by 6:00 PM. Sorry, we tried… Additionally, guests using this ticket are prohibited from riding any indoor attractions to ensure they “fully appreciate” the nighttime atmosphere.

Whether you are looking to catch Happily Ever After or the new Disney Starlight Parade, this is certainly the most expensive way to do it in 2026.
